After a successful first year WORLDDIDAC Astana will be returning on the 9 – 11 April 2013. This year’s show saw 3,497 regional educationalists visit the exhibition over three days to find, discuss and purchase the latest educational products and services from 131 local and international exhibitors.

As a result of a combined initiative of the international association Worlddidac and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, we are proud to announce the second international exhibition of educational technologies and supplies to be held in Astana. The exhibition is an opportunity for educationalists and government representatives from all over Kazakhstan to learn more about the latest education technologies and solutions that can help improve teaching and learning skills.

Education in Kazakhstan

  • Almost $1 billion allocated to electronic education, with a pilot project being rolled out in 44 education facilities in 2011
  • $7.75 billion allocated to education for 2012-2014 with $2.5 billion to be spent in 2013
  • Expansive plans to develop the Nazarbayev International Schools programme
  • High-quality education identified as the platform for industrial and innovative development
