How can I register for the event as a visitor?

Please click here to register. Each person will need to register individually.

Can I register my colleagues?

While we welcome groups, each visitor must be registered separately. The registration system collects contact and demographic information for each person individually.

Can I register onsite?

There will be facilities to register onsite, however we do strongly advise registering online before the event to avoid any queues.

How much does it cost to visit the show?

Early registration rate: €60
(until 14 September at 18:00 CET)
Standard rate: €80
All prices include Belgian VAT at 6%.
Tickets are valid for entry on all four days of the show.
 
The Label Academy will be presenting two master classes :
FLEXIBLE PACKAGING – 26 September
INKS, COATINGS & VARNISHES - 27 September

Entry to the master classes (€695 including VAT) can be booked when you register to visit the show. Seating is strictly limited.
Additionally there will be a SELF-ADHESIVE LABEL MATERIALS WORKSHOP, which will be held on 26 September. Entry to the workshop (€595 including VAT) can be booked when you register to visit the show.

How can I apply for VIP badges?

VIP badges are given out by exhibitors only, these cannot be purchased.

What do I do with a VIP code from an exhibitor?

If you receive a VIP registration code from an exhibitor, please register online to use it. Simply enter the code during the online registration process. Codes cannot be accepted if you register at the show.
Unfortunately you cannot use the code if you have already registered. We suggest giving the code to one of your colleagues who has not yet registered.

I haven’t received my confirmation email, what do I need to do?

Please email support@labelexpo.com and we will be able to re-send your registration confimation email.

I cannot attend anymore; can I get a refund?

If you cancel your tickets by Friday, 26 July, you will receive a 50% refund. We cannot refund any cancellations after this date.
If you cannot visit the show yourself, you're welcome to change the badge details to that of a colleague. Simply follow the link in your confirmation email to make any changes.

What is your admissions policy?

Labelexpo Europe 2019 is open to trade visitors over the age of 18 only. Everyone needs a badge issued by the show organizers to enter.
Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else. Anyone attending may be asked to show a form of photo ID.
The organizers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from Labelexpo Europe 2019.
Official photographers will be taking photographs during the show, which may include photos of anyone attending. The organisers may use these for the purpose of marketing future Labelexpo events.

How can I apply for a visa letter?

If you need a visa to enter Belgium, you may be asked for an invitation letter confirming that you are attending Labelexpo Europe 2019. We are happy to provide invitation letters to registered visitors.
If you require an invitation letter, please register for the event first. After the process and payment is complete, you will receive an email with a link to download your invitation letter.
We are unable to issue invitation letters to anyone who has not registered for the show.

Is the event open to the public?

Labelexpo Europe is an industry trade event, it is not open to the public.

Are there shuttle buses from the Airport?

Free shuttle buses will be running between the airport and Brussels Expo on show days.

Where can I book accommodation?

We have partnered with C’accommodation, a leading hotel booking agency in Belgium, to offer hotel rooms at specially discounted rates to exhibitors and visitors.

Where is Labelexpo Europe?

Labelexpo Europe takes place at Brussels Expo, one of the largest and best-connected exhibition centers in Europe.

Will there be parking available?

The main car park is C, which has 10,000 parking spaces. Other car parks may be closed during the show.

Is there WIFI within the exhibition hall?

Brussels Expo is Wi-Fi enabled throughout with a system that has been much improved from previous shows. This will be provided free of charge to all exhibitors & visitors.

Will there be security within the exhibition hall?

Security Officers will patrol the halls throughout the build up, open days and breakdown of the exhibition both day and night.

Are there catering outlets at the venue?

The Brussels Expo halls offer different catering options. You will find self-service restaurants, snack bars selling sandwiches and salads, as well as waffle stalls.

Will there be disabled facilities at the venue?

Brussels Expo's infrastructure has many access points for people with reduced mobility. Adapted entrances and lifts allow easy circulation.

Will there be a cloakroom at the venue?

Luggage storage is available for a small fee.
