How can I register for an event as a visitor?
Please click here to register. Each person will need to register individually.
Can I register my colleagues?
While we welcome groups, each visitor must be registered separately. The registration system collects contact and demographic information for each person individually.
Can I register onsite?
There will be facilities to register onsite, however we do strongly advise registering online before the event to avoid any queues.
How much does it cost to visit the show?
Labelexpo Asia is free to attend.
I haven't received my confirmation email, what do I need to do?
Please email support@labelexpo.com and we will be able to re-send your registration confirmation email.

How can I apply for a visa letter?
If you need a visa to enter China, you may be asked for an invitation letter confirming that you are attending Labelexpo Asia 2019. We are happy to provide invitation letters to registered visitors.
If you require an invitation letter, please register for the event first. After the process and payment is complete, you will receive an email with a link to download your invitation letter.
We are unable to issue invitation letters to anyone who has not registered for the show.
Is the event open to the public?
Labelexpo Asia is an industry trade event, it is not open to the public.

Where is Labelexpo Asia held?
Labelexpo Asia 2019 will take place at Shanghai New International Expo Centre, one of the largest and best exhibition centers in China.

Will there be security within the exhibition hall?
Security Officers will patrol the halls throughout the build up, open days and breakdown of the exhibition both day and night.
Are there catering outlets at the venue?
There will be different catering options available. You will find self-service restaurants, snack bars selling sandwiches and salads.
