How can I register for an event as a visitor?

Once registration is live you will be able to register on the Labelexpo Americas website

What documents do I need to complete registration?

You do not need any documents to complete registration.

Can I register my colleagues?

You can register for your colleagues but will need to provide all of their details. There is not a group booking functionality so each person needs to be registered individually.

Can I register onsite?

Yes, but to avoid unnecessary delays we strongly advise to pre-register. Online registration will remain open until the end of show.

How much does it cost to visit the show?

Please refer to our prices page on the Labelexo Americas website in May for prices.

How can I apply for VIP badges?

You will need to be invited as a VIP by an exhibitor as each exhibitor has an allocated amount of free VIP passes.

I have tried to register with my VIP code but it does not work?

This is because you have already started the registration process and stopped which locks the code for 45 minutes so please try again after. This could also mean that someone else has already used the code and we can check that for you.

I haven’t received my confirmation email?

Please let us know and we will be able to re-send it for you.

I cannot attend anymore; can I get a refund?

All cancelations have to be sent in writing to support@labelexpo.com. If your cancelation is received on or before the deadline, there will be a $30 cancelation fee incurred. If your cancelation is received after this date you will be charged 100% of the full amount.

Substitutions are allowed at any time before the show.

09:00am-05:00pm daily

Registration opens at 8am for exhibitors, 9am for visitors and media on all days.

How can I apply for a visa letter?

You will need to register for the event and then you will receive a confirmation email with a link to apply for your visa.

Is it open to the public?

No. Labelexpo Americas is open to business professionals and industry only, business card proof is required. No under 16’s are allowed entry.

Which specific hotels do shuttle buses serve?

Labelexpo shuttle buses run on show days only to and from the Convention Center from the hotel areas.

This year we will also be providing a shuttle to and from the airport on all show days.

Where can I book accommodation?

Special rates for Labelexpo Visitors are exclusively available from our official housing service provider, OnPeak. Please note that OnPeak is the ONLY OFFICIALLY RECOMMENDED and authorized hotel reservations agent. Please beware of any other third-party convention housing agents who may solicit your business, charge more and may not honour your reservation when the time comes.

  • Hotel rooms can all be viewed and booked through the website. The link has been set up for an early start on hotel bookings for groups as well as individuals.
  • All group rooming lists must be furnished to Labelexpo Reservations by August 23, 2020. Changes or new requests after this date will be subject to availability.
  • All reservation requests must be received with a credit card guarantee. The reservation form will not be processed without the credit card information.
  • A letter of confirmation will be sent to the group contact upon receipt of a credit card guarantee and completed form.
  • All reservation changes and/or cancellations must be made through OnPeak. Please DO NOT contact the hotel directly.

Where is Donald E Stephens Convention Center?

Located very close to Chicago O’Hare airport in the village of Rosemont.

Will there be parking available?

There is a large parking garage complex situated less than a 5-minute walk from the front entrance to the Convention Center (across the street between the Embassy Suites and DoubleTree).

Daily parking is $15. Visitors should bring their ticket from the garage to the RES Service Center inside the Exhibit Hall for payment and their receipt.

Is there WIFI within the exhibition hall?

There is complimentary Wi Fi throughout the show.

Will there be security within the exhibition hall?

Yes, the hall is manned by security and all visitors will be subject to security checks on-site.

Are there catering outlets at the venue?

Yes, there will be a variety of catering outlets at the exhibition offering a wide range of refreshments. Visitors are not allowed to bring their own food and drink into the halls and will have to use the venues in-house caterers.

Will there be disabled facilities at the venue?

The exhibition hall, meeting rooms and public areas will have disabled access. There are also disabled toilets on site which are clearly signposted. An allocation of parking bays will be reserved for disabled drivers, please note that parking passes are still required for access to these bays. Visitor wheelchairs are available from the security office and are subject to availability.

Yes, a cloakroom is available at the venue.

The lost and found is located at the organisers office located in Hall A.
