How can I register for an event as a visitor?

You can register on the show website by clicking on the 'Register as visitor' button located at the top of the website homepage, or by clicking on this link.

What documents do I need to complete registration?

• Passport copy
• Passport-size photo

Can I register my colleagues?

Yes, group booking functionality is available for visitors from the same company. All group members require a passport copy and passport-size photo.

Can I register onsite?

Yes, but to avoid unnecessary delays we strongly advise to pre-register. Online registration will remain open until the end of show.

What are the event dates?

Sunday 17th – Thursday 21st November 2019.

What are the show times?

The show is open between 10:00 - 17:30 each day.
Registration opens at 08:00 for exhibitors and 09:00 for visitors on all days.

Is it open to the public?

No. The Dubai Airshow is open to business professionals and industry only, business card proof is required. No under 16’s are allowed entry

Where is the Dubai Airshow located?

DWC, Airshow Site.  Please note that the Airshow site is a completely separate location to Al Maktoum Airport. Directions can be found online using this link or view our venue and travel section for more information. 
Dubai Marina: 20 mins | Downtown: 35 mins | Dubai International Airport: 45 mins | Abu Dhabi International Airport: 50 mins.

How do I get a visa for the UAE?

Please ask your hotel, travel agent, or Emirates Airline (if you are travelling with them) to arrange your visa. More information available on the Emirates website. We are unable to offer any assistance with this process.

Can I contact exhibitors before the exhibition?

Please take a look at the exhibitor list for the companies contact details, please note the exhibitors have the option to display and share their contact details, if they have chosen not to do so, we cannot share their details.

Where can I book accommodation?

During any exhibition hotels around or near a venue can get very busy so always book your hotels early. We always recommend staying as close to the venue as possible as the further you are away the more chance you have of being delayed. Will there be parking available?

Yes, there is visitor parking available on-site. This will be charged at 75AED per vehicle, per day. Please note it is cash only and exact change is appreciated. Alternatively, we offer a free shuttle bus service, details of which can be found on the show website.

Is Skyview available this year?

Unfortunately Skyview will not be running this year. There will be no public event as part of this year’s Dubai Airshow.

What time does the flying display start?

The details of the flying display will be published in the flying display programme each morning of the show.  The display will generally start at 14:00.

Can we visit the aircraft on the static display?

Yes, the static display is open to all registered attendees but please note that it is the decision of each individual exhibitor whether or not to open their aircraft up for viewing.

Can I bring a camera to the show?

Yes, you can bring your camera to the show.

Venue Questions

Is there WIFI within the exhibition hall?

Unfortunately the venue WIFI is very limited, please do not rely on being able to access the free WIFI onsite.

Will there be security within the exhibition hall?

Yes the hall is manned by security and all visitors will be subject to security checks on-site.

Are there catering outlets at the venue?

Yes, there will be a variety of catering outlets at the exhibition offering a wide range of refreshments. Visitors are not allowed to bring their own food and drink into the halls and will have to use the venues in-house caterers.

Are there covered areas from the heat?

Yes, the exhibition hall is air conditioned and indoor catering areas will also be available.

Will there be disabled facilities at the venue?

The exhibition hall, meeting rooms and public areas will have disabled access. There are also disabled toilets on site which are clearly signposted. An allocation of parking bays will be reserved for disabled drivers, please note that parking passes are still required for access to these bays. Visitor wheelchairs are available for the Emergency Medical Services Centre and are subject to availability.

Will there be a cloakroom at the venue?

There will not be a cloakroom at the venue. Your items are your responsibility. We do not have a facility to store these.

Is there a Lost and Found?

The lost and found is located at the organisers office located on level 1.
